How to use TPSY Single Shot Liquid Eyeliner: with small strokes, draw a thin line at the very roots of the eyelashes, in the direction from the inner corner of the eye to the outer. If you need to draw an arrow, do it in several steps. When the thin line is completely ready, draw another short one – from the outer corner of the eye towards the tip of the eyebrow, but do not make it too long. Draw a “triangle” from the outer edge of the eye to the tip of the arrow. It is not necessary to immediately make thick arrows: a thin line can be made thicker by making a few extra strokes.
